We deliver worldwide. We aim to deliver all orders within Romania in less than 48 hours and all international orders within 3 to 4 business days. We dispatch orders within 2 working days from Bucharest, Romania. Orders to Romania will be shipped by FanCourier. International orders will be delivered by DPD/DHL or similar courier service depending on the destination country.

You will be provided with a shipping tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending on destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our products including artworks, franes, vouchers and gift cards are made to order and personalized with the customer specifications. They can not not be returned. 

According to Romanian Emergency Government Ordinance 34/2014, Art.16, para.(c), the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts concluded outside commercial premises does not apply to the following: (c) the supply of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Are the artworks original?

Yes, all our artworks are original. You will be provided with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Do artworks include frames?

No, individual artworks are supplied without a frame, and are shipped rolled in a tube. However, you can separately buy custom premium frames from our shop!

When will I receive my order?

You can check the tracking number provided after placing the order. By doing so you can track your premium art and it's journey to you throughout the world

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with artworks that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a artwork may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Will you restock artworks “out of stock?”

No, our artworks are uniques and limited editions. If a product is out of stock, then it's gone forever.

Is the shipping 100% free?

Yes, we provide 100% free worldwide shipping on all our products!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can check y our receipt by logging in into your account. You will also receive it automatically by e-mail after placing an order.
